Cancellation Policy
•You can cancel or reschedule with no fee until the day of your appointment.
•Same Day Cancellations (includes rescheduling), will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services.
•Being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment can result in a Same Day Cancellation, therefore a 50% charge of scheduled services.
•If you fail to cancel or communicate and you No Call/ No Show for an appointment, it will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled services.
•Please use a valid phone number for system appointment reminders.
